This must be obtained from the Wireless Room. After speaking with Officer Morrow, he will let you enter and have a look through the telegrams that are on the desk. You will find one with a code of letters and numbers.
Return to cabin C-73 and open the trunk. A cryptograph will be in one of the drawers so set it up and enter the code before pressing the 'Decode' button. The decoded message will mention the location of the Rubaiyat.
