B-59
B-59
Location
Area B-Deck in First Class
Occupant Andrew Conkling and Beatrix Conkling

B-59 was one of the First Class staterooms on B-Deck. It was occupied by the American Conklings: Andrew and Beatrix Conkling, a steel baron and a famous designer, respectively.

On the night of the sinking, Beatrix Conkling retires from the Smoking Room and into the cabin, as she was having a headache.

Behind the scenes[]

  • In the game, this stateroom is decorated in Old Dutch style. This is historically correct: pictures of the B-59 stateroom in the real-life Titanic have survived to this day.
  • On the real-life ship, this cabin was possibly occupied by Miss Grace Scott Bowen, who was the governess to Master Jack Ryerson. She survived the sinking.
